Payments
Services must be paid in advance. Currency exchange rates may vary depending on payment processor. We do not charge setup fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.9% uptime under normal operating conditions. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

Data Processing Agreement
Overview
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Skipper Digital Solutions PVT. LTD., operating as TLD RULER ("Processor"), and the customer ("Controller").
Roles
- Customer acts as the Data Controller.
- TLD RULER acts as the Data Processor.
Scope of Processing
We process personal data only to:
- Provide hosting services
- Maintain server infrastructure
- Ensure security and uptime
- Provide technical support
- Prevent abuse and fraud
Categories of Data
May include names, email addresses, IP addresses, website data stored by the customer, and billing information. We do not access customer content unless required for support or security purposes.
Security Measures
We implement DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), daily automated backups, malware scanning, two-factor authentication, access control restrictions, and encrypted communication (SSL/TLS).
Sub-Processors
We may use third-party infrastructure providers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany. Payment processors include Nabil Bank LTD, PayPal, and Paddle. All sub-processors are required to maintain appropriate security safeguards.
International Transfers
As services are global, data may be processed outside the customer's country. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect such transfers.
