Service Level Agreement
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime per calendar month across all managed hosting services.
Compensation
If uptime falls below 99.9% in any calendar month, affected customers may request a service credit. Compensation is provided as additional hosting time added to the account — not as a cash refund.
Exclusions
The uptime guarantee does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance)
- DDoS attacks beyond our mitigation capacity
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, power grid failures, etc.)
- Downtime caused by customer misconfiguration
- Third-party software or service failures

TLD RULER operates a hybrid infrastructure model using both privately managed systems and trusted third-party data centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany.

- Enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation — absorbs and filters volumetric attacks before they reach your services
- Real-time server monitoring — 24/7 automated alerting for performance and availability
- Automatic malware scanning — continuous file scanning to detect and quarantine threats
- Managed WordPress security updates — core and plugin updates applied proactively
- Brute-force login protection — rate limiting and IP blocking after repeated failed attempts
- Two-factor authentication — available for all control panel logins
- Regular software patching — OS and application patches applied on a rolling schedule
Data Center Standards
Our partner data centers maintain:
- Redundant power systems (UPS and generators)
- Physical access controls and CCTV surveillance

Continuous Improvement
Security controls are reviewed regularly and updated in response to emerging threats. Customers are encouraged to enable all available security features from within their control panel.
Backup Disclaimer
Our Backup Practice
TLD RULER provides daily automated backups as a courtesy feature on all managed hosting plans. Backups are retained for a rolling period and can be restored via the control panel or by contacting support.
Customer Responsibility
While we make every effort to maintain reliable backups, customers remain fully responsible for maintaining independent copies of their data. We strongly recommend:
- Downloading periodic full-site backups to local storage
- Using a third-party off-site backup service for mission-critical data
- Testing restore procedures before you need them in an emergency
Limitation of Liability
TLD RULER shall not be liable for data loss under any circumstance, including hardware failure, accidental deletion, cyber attack, or any event covered by force majeure. Our backups are provided as a best-effort courtesy, not a guarantee of data recovery.
