Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use our services for:

• Adult or pornographic content
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Spam or bulk unsolicited email
• Botnet operation or command-and-control
• Tor exit nodes
• Open proxy or relay services
• VPN services (commercial resale)
• Illegal activities of any kind
• Malware distribution or phishing
• High resource usage that affects server stability or other customers

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice for severe violations. Continued violations may result in permanent termination without refund.

TLD RULER takes abuse reports seriously to protect the integrity of our infrastructure and our customers.

Types of Abuse

We investigate reports related to:

• Spam and unsolicited bulk email
• Malware or phishing hosting
• DDoS attacks originating from our network
• Copyright infringement
• Illegal content

Reporting Abuse

Send reports to [email protected] and include:

• The affected IP address or domain
• A detailed description of the abuse
• Supporting evidence or logs (if available)

Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report, we will:

1. Review the complaint
2. Notify the customer if appropriate
3. Request clarification if needed
4. Suspend service if a violation is confirmed

Response Times

Abuse reports are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. Severe or active security threats may result in immediate suspension to protect other customers and infrastructure.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA or equivalent copyright complaint, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Your full name and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The exact URL or location of the infringing content
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your signature (digital accepted)

Action Upon Notice

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the disputed content
• Notify the customer
• Suspend or terminate repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

Customers who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to the address above. Repeat infringement will result in permanent account termination.
