Standard Refund Terms

Refunds are only available for web hosting services cancelled within the first 30 days of the service start date. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless cancelled prior to the automated renewal date.

To be eligible, you must submit a formal cancellation request via the Client Area before the 30-day period expires. Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations (such as phishing or spamming) are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that due to the nature of third-party costs, the following products are strictly non-refundable:

Domain Names: Once a domain is registered or transferred, the fee is paid immediately to the registry and cannot be reversed. You retain ownership of the domain for the duration of the registration period.

SSL Certificates: Once issued and installed, security certificates cannot be refunded.

Software Licenses: Third-party licenses (including cPanel, WHMCS, or Softaculous) are non-refundable once activated on your server.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please do not simply close your account. You must open a Billing Ticket in our Help Center referencing your invoice number.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid charges.

Automatic Renewal

All hosting services renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. Domains renew automatically unless disabled in advance.

Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, hosting data may be deleted permanently after a reasonable period. Customers are responsible for downloading backups before cancellation.
